Shipping, Payments & Returns
We are fully committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your item, please contact us within 7 days of when your package was delivered. We will provide a return address in the US or in Israel, and after it arrives back to us we will refund you the full price of the product.
Each item is made to order just for you, so please keep this in mind when ordering. These are the estimated delivery time including our processing time:
USA 7-10 business days.
Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
Canada 8-15 business days.
Please note - The delivery times are estimated and can be slower as a result of postal or holiday delays.
We process payments through PayPal - You can pay with your PayPal account OR Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
In order to pay with your Credit card - You need to click on "Check out with PayPal". After you have been directed to the PayPal page, you will need to enter your Credit card and shipping information.
It is your responsibility to check that the shipping address is updated and correct. If a package returned to us due to a wrong or incomplete address, you will need to pay additional $7.00 for re-shipping your package.
