Returns or exchanges:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item and wish to return or exchange it, please contact us within 30 days of when your package was delivered - we will provide a return address in the US or Israel, and after it is returned to us we will refund you the full price of the product or send you a replacement.

Shipping:

Each item is made to order just for you, so please keep this in mind when ordering. These are the estimated delivery time including our processing time:

USA 7-10 business days.

Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.

Canada 8-15 business days.

Australia-New Zealand 15-35 business days.

Please note - The delivery times are estimated and can be slower as a result of postal or holiday delays. 

Payment:

We process payments through PayPal - You can pay with your PayPal account OR Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).

In order to pay with your Credit card - You need to click on "Check out with PayPal". After you have been directed to the PayPal page, you will need to enter your Credit card and shipping information.

Address:

It is your responsibility to check that the shipping address is updated and correct. If a package returned to us due to a wrong or incomplete address, you will need to pay additional $7.00 for re-shipping your package.
